» THE SHARK

1. ANJALI’S TABLE: Shark Mori Cutlets + Spiced Crab + Prawn Curry + Prawns Dangar
ADDRESS: C7, G2, Prudential Paradise. Near Govt Youth Hostel, Peddem Mapusa
OPEN: N/A

?Shark Mori Cutlets: Cut pieces of Shark in a bowl. Add turmeric, green chili, coriander and salt and marinate for half an hour. Coat in rice flour and fry in fresh coconut oil until golden brown. .

? Spiced Crab: Cut crab into pieces and bring to a boil with onion, water and homemade masala.

?Prawn Curry: Boil radish in curry gravy. Mix in prawns, coconut milk, salt, curry leaves, and minced ginger.

?Dangar (Prawn cake): Mix chopped onions, grated coconut, pepper, salt and turmeric with clean prawns in a bowl. Make Pattice out of the mixture and coat them with rice flour. Shallow fry them in coconut oil till golden brown.

  4. If you want nice ammonia-free shark, you can also soak it in milk overnight. Maybe they like it that way in Japan, but I do NOT like the smell of ammonia. Washing it in SOMETHING is necessary.

  5. Those little things arent baby sharks, theyre a small related species called dogfish. Great program as usual dude!! Goa looks awesome.

  7. Its just a trailer for u…u haven't try all indian food specially northern food….our country have different kind of food comparing to other u will never get the taste which indian food have….indian spices gives diff. Taste to our food ❤️
